A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, has been told at the resumed hearing in a three-count charge of copyright infringement, brought against three persons, including a Chinese national, by the National Copyrights Commission (NCC), that the accused persons were found in possession of pirated materials, which they have no authority to produce.
